Based on observation, history and intuition I make the following prediction.
Over the next year we'll see people hunted down for being traitors to the crown...er.. country. the media will vilify said accused and paint them as the most horrible people imaginable, and people will be relieved they are gone. you'll hear things like "trumper" and "loyalist" and anything that makes that person sound polarized against what the propaganda ministry....er..media says. Meanwhile "trumpers" will continue to gather to protest peacefully, only to have "right wing extremists" escalate things in a manner similar to the Brown Shirts in the 1930's. this will force the Administration to reluctantly issue a marshal law (or similar) executive order to restore peace vilifying those horrible people who would stand in the way of peace and prosperity they have been promised. , it will be upheld by the kangaroo (my apologies to my Australian friends) court. anyone opposing this even vocally will be ridiculed online, in the papers and on the major news networks. over a time people will become so angry with people who think differently that they will be outraged at someone accused. The government will then hunt down the enemies of the state and eliminate them because they oppose the "will of the people". meanwhile there will be incentives to report your neighbors and friends who oppose the powers that be. It might be under the guise of " public safety" or similar that indicates the best interest of " we the people". this feeling of patriotism and doing the right thing will be replaced with fear. fear of being seen as "one of them" or an opposer to the state if you will. This will continue until anyone who thinks differently from the party in power is eliminated.
Those left will see they have enslaved themselves. History has proven it time and again, the bible prophesied it. George Washington had a vision showing this. Politics is nothing new, the result of political corruption is well documented, one only need to look. Don't be a pawn, educate yourself. Please, for the sake of everyone.

I got educated on this topic back in 1967-68 by old guys who had witnessed the Nazi's "fundamental transformation" of Germany. They said this was how the U'S. government might be overthrown. A lot of our current stuff also reminds me of things I heard from Cubans about the commies taking over Cuba. Especially about people getting branded as enemies of the state, or some such derogatory term. Those Cuban guys got out while they still could do so easily, and had some good stories. Now; at age 70 and with so few people left who recall that stuff, I'm realizing how history repeats itself as the older folks die off and younger folks get suckered into the same old traps.

There never was a "guarantee" implied or otherwise in the documents, only the fact that rights of man exist, government only existed on the premise of the consent of the governed, and that it is up to us to decide what we do with them, hence the famous comment of Ben Franklin "... a republic, if you can keep it."

The constitution and Bill of Rights are timeless documents and will always be, until the last breath of the last American citizen has passed from his or her lips, the guide post to strive for.

Expect to see talk of a Constituional Convention within the next few months. It will be presented as a means to correct an aggregious wrong of some sort, but once begun it becomes all-powerful. That is when we are toast.

What the OP states will not happen....due to the brainwashing by the MSM and the "education" system, the emergence of the government dependent free stuff lifestyle, etc there are simply not enough of us REAL Patriots for the commies to be worried about to force them to take such drastic measures.

The vast majority of the Right, even the so called conservative Patriots will simply accept the commies reign as the new normal and continue to go to work etc and resign their anger to biching about "the Commie Dems" to their wives, buddies, on internet forums like this, to fellows at the bar etc, but fail to offer any real resistance to it, as they are far too comfortable in their current lifestyle to risk it.

They might not hand in their guns right away when "asked", but when things like mandatory insurance, high taxes on ammo etc are enacted they will simply find it too burdensome to keep them and will get rid of them at the next govt sponsered buyback etc. No door to door confiscation needed.

These same people will fail to realize that our elections have been permanently compromised and that both parties are equally complicit and corrupt and will keep believing like many on here that things will be made better by the next election cycle. They will keep voting for their Republican candidates who say the right things but if "allowed" to win and become part of the political machine will do nothing but continue the Deep State status quo.

They are going to demonize everything associated with conservatives. Anything tied to the right will be associated with extremism and domestic terrorism .

There have been many others over the years but this particular election stands alone for the in your face corruption that was plotted and executed in the open with Foreign involvement in many states. Our major media outlets have devolved into a propaganda machine that would make Joseph Goebbels blush. Social media outlets used their unabated power to purchase the election and deny any opposition to be published.

Almost since our founding politicians have worked to ignore and defame the Constitution in favor of their political beliefs and to their financial gain. Democrats control education, the courts and use immigration (unabated migration) to elect people to Congress that openly work to destroy our Nation and we have allowed it to happen until it has become a cancer that cannot be ignored any longer.
