Parler CEO says they’ve planned for this and hope to be on their own servers with a week. We’ll see. Next will be blocking by ISP’s.
The Daily Wire reports a service by the name of "Gab" is gaining 10,000 users per hour, Trump's people are talking to Gab's owner.
I tried to log into my Parler account about an hour ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my password, so went through and did a password reset. All went smoothly until I tried to actually log in, then I got the message that the password didn't match the account. I did a password reset twice. No success logging in.
Anyone else having trouble logging in?
We are terminating amazon from our lives. I always wish business folks well - until they want to run my life and steal my freedom.
The left is lookin pretty scared.

I posted the above before listening to the video. It appears that my question has been answered.
I can get on Parker but they have a message that there site will be down in 11 hours
Already deleted my Facebook account, now no more bussiness with Amazon.

I just logged in.

My wife dumped Twit her and she is going to do away with Amazon. I'm glad, I like to buy from local stores anyway. We rarely even go on Facebook anymore neither. Does anyone know how Facebook gets paid? DO they get paid a few cents every time you go on, or how many times you klick on something, or do they get paid by how many people have an account?
Apparently there has been a coordinated effort applying pressure to their vendors as well.
Parker still up and running

Sadly, I can't delete mine. I joined it under pressure from family back about ten years ago, but only participated briefly back then, then quit. I forgot my password. All my efforts to recover my password through their system have failed.
It does no good to "delete" anything on Facebook. They've already got it, and can do whatever they want with it.
If Amazon terminates Parlor.... time to terminate Amazon.... simple vote with you pocketbook
Read this, went to Gab to scope it out
Maybe join. Was looking and got cut off.
Time out. But I was there scrolling?
Do you use your name like Facebook or a "handle"?
Go local. Spend a couple extra bucks. [bleep] Amazon. [bleep] the facebooks.

You can use a handle or your name. I use the same handle as I use here. Gab owns their own servers and is getting flooded currently. Torba just posted 600,000 new subscribers today. Gab is scaling up as fast as they possibly can but it takes time to physically add hardware and get it up and running. I couldn’t get on most of the day. Over 37500000 hits this week. They’ll grow into it and with the community becoming so much bigger it will be a much better experience once gab catches up physically.
Is it a formst like Facebook?
I wanted to use Parlar, but habe no use for that.
Never messed with Twitter, don't like the format.
Time to put pressure on businesses that use facebook as well. let them know why you will find an alternative to them until they leave facebook.
Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.
We can’t connect to the server at parler.com.
If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:
Try again later.
Check your network connection.
If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.
'This' is only the beginning folks.....
Many more Corporations[anthem bc/bs] have either fallen in lock step or are preparing to.
The enemies are coming out of the shadows.

Amazon cut them off last night. I cut Amazon off first.
John Matze, the founder and CEO, said in a statement on Monday that the Parler app will be down "longer than expected" because other cloud hosting companies do not want to work with Parler.
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/01/11/parler-drops-offline-after-amazon-withdraws-support.htmlIt's been said that vendors such as Parlers cyber security companies as well as their online payment companies have also dropped them. Advertisers will probably follow, they could be doomed.
Gonna be a boon in lawyer employment!

The left is lookin pretty scared.
I won't use amazon again, I will pay more and shop locally, and I will not buy Chinese if I can help it.
Gonna be a boon in lawyer employment!
We are now without rule of law.
NBC never mentioned any of the censorship measures on the news last night...
I've been able to access Parler all along, but can't get on right now with either Firefox or TOR.
Selective media censorship. The first step toward socialism.

That's OK with them, lawyers are never without employment!

The AWS 24 hour deadline was late last night.
They are working on setting up new servers.
As of 10PM gab had successfully set up 6/10 new servers they had acquired.
Be patient.

but what about free shipping?
I emailed them my investment instructions letter.
It didn't bounce back. So they are not "out of business" as MSM will tell you.
But they are experiencing an interruption of service as they migrate to a new server base.

which of course mean that if the whole thing didn't stink to high heaven, why won't they report it as news, and no small news story at that
https://techcrunch.com/2021/01/11/scraped-parler-data-is-a-metadata-goldmine/But while the site is gone (for now), millions of posts published to the site since the riot are not.
A lone hacker scraped millions of posts, videos and photos published to the site after the riot but before the site went offline on Monday, preserving a huge trove of potential evidence for law enforcement investigating the attempted insurrection, many of which allegedly used the platform to plan and coordinate the breach of the Capitol.
The hacker and internet archivist, who goes by the online handle @donk_enby, scraped the social network and uploaded copies to the Internet Archive, which hosts old and historical versions of web pages.
In a tweet, @donk_enby said she scraped data from Parler that included deleted and private posts, and the videos contained “all associated metadata.”
Metadata is information about a file — such as when it was made and on what device. This information is usually embedded in the file itself. The scraped videos from Parler appear to also include the precise location data of where the videos were taken. That metadata could be a goldmine of evidence for authorities investigating the Capitol riot, which may tie some rioters to their Parler accounts or help police to unmask rioters based on their location data.
Most web services remove metadata when you upload your photos and videos, but Parler apparently wasn’t.
Ahhh...ya found yourself a good, reliable, and unbiased website there Hoss. You are what you eat read.
ARF.com just got the boot as well!

They have a backup site on line for now. At least they did half an hour ago, could be gone already for all I know.
I guess we should be prepared for 24hcf to disappear at any moment. I hope Mr. Bin is on top of it with a backup plan in place already.
I can't imagine that he hasn't already thought about this.
Parler is suing amazon for breach of contract. amazon was to provide a 30 day notice of termination of services. not 30 hours or so.
also i understand that parler sought other companies to host, and was turned down, ie, blackballed.
remember this next time any democrat neighbor, associate, etc wants something from you. refer them to the local dnc office for help.
