Natural born is defined as someone who's a citizen at birth, not naturalized later. She was born in the US, she was a citizen at birth, and is qualified. With Zero, no one knew where he was born. He's HIGHLY suspect.

Native born is born in the US. Natural born is a US citizen at birth. Like it or not, under our current laws they're largely synonymous. An exception is a child born to non-citizen parents who claim their home country's citizenship for him.
On the other side, John McCain was born in Panama where his father was in the military. His parents were both US citizens and claimed US citizenship for him so he was natural born, from birth. The issue came up when he ran for president and it was quickly put to rest that his birthplace disqualified him. It's citizenship at birth that counts.

Harris was born in the US and was given citizenship at birth. That makes her both native and natural born.

"Current laws" are schidt (and there is no current legal definition of "Natural Born Citizen" anyway). What matters (or rather, what SHOULD matter) is the meaning of America's Founders. It does not take long when studying the subject, to find that America's Founders and other early American jurists did not consider simply being born in America as qualification to be a Natural Born Citizen.

Again, not that it matters today, practically speaking. As virtually everyone, both liberal and "conservative" have utterly abandoned pretty much everything that America's Founders wanted this nation to be.

Harris is not a "Natural Born" citizen.

Neither of her parents were citizens when she was born.

Being born on American soil does not pass citizenship to you. Your established citizenship at birth is passed from the country your parents are citizens of, hence “ALLEGIANCE TO”. Their allegiance is to the country they are a legal citizen of.

That is why “ALLEGIANCE TO” is written in the law.

You CAN NOT have American citizenship passed from your parents when their “Allegiance To” is to another country byway of their citizenship to that other country.

The Founders knew how strong allegiance can be, being they just fought a war, and that is why they wrote the words “ALLEGIANCE TO” into the law in regards to citizenship, so there would be no possibly of influence from another nation, when President and having to make decisions for the country / citizens.

The fact the military is allowing this coup to take place, and would allow someone not eligible to hold the Office of V/P, being she could be promoted to President if something were to happen, tells you all you need to know about where the military stands as far as defending the Rule of LAW, and the country from the Domestic enemy in the government.
