Election Official ARRESTED In Texas...e Harvesting After Project Veritas Sting

Quote
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced the arrest of Rachel Rodriguez for election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail, and unlawfully possessing an official ballot. Each charge constitutes a felony under the Texas Election Code. Rodriguez was exposed in a Project Veritas video last fall while she engaged in vote harvesting leading up to the 2020 election.

The allegations surfaced last fall after the conservative activist group Project Veritas posted an edited video of the woman, Raquel Rodriguez, in which she appears to be helping an elderly person fill out a mail-in ballot form and discussing unlawful tactics, including assisting people at the polls.

The Election Fraud Division of the Office of the Attorney General reviewed dozens of hours of unedited, raw footage, which led to this arrest. In an uncharacteristic moment of honesty, Rodriguez acknowledged on video that what she was doing is illegal and that she could go to jail for it. If convicted, Rodriguez could face up to 20 years in prison.
Definitely no voter fraud, they said...
Traitors should be quickly and unceremoniously executed without prejudice. Fuuck a trial, and appeals, and prison (that costs waay more than she's worth to keep her alive). Put her down, and drop the body outside of town for the coyotes.
Good
one down... many to go
Great.

They get a stooge and not the mastermind. That will fix everything.
A sacrificial lamb. She was a minor player, among thousands of others
Here in TX we arrest them. In GA they salute them and praise them.

Y'All see the difference?
Didn’t she also admit to being a staff member for a republican elected official, too? I remember watching that video a while back and thinking it was awfully strange for someone who works for you a republican to be out breaking the law to drum up democrat votes.
Well depending on the prosecutor she might get leniency for rolling over on the people directing her activities and maybe she will get arkansided before then . Mb
It doesn't matter who she is. The more arrests the better.
YUP
I’d bet it turns into a nothing burger.

So squeeze her, maybe she will roll over...................
At least it’s not under the control of the Feds.
Vote harvesting is a thing. You’re not going to make it go away. But you can limit it by prosecuting people. The Texas AG will prosecute that case and not the local prosecutor. So it WILL be prosecuted.

This is the same sort of thing other states could do if they would. Republicans just have to stop being afraid of negative press and get some backbone.

Truth
If Georgia would have balls to investigate Stacy Abram and her crew, this Texas case would look like a t-ball league.

Agree 100%

The problem is local politics, much of which was subject to vote harvesting. Also, our new Las Vegas AG of color would never prosecute.

Still, go after them where possibly.
Making stooges pay a heavy price makes it harder to get more stooges. And, ya never know when they will flip on a big boy. 20 yrs, federal, minimum.

Republicans need to elect competent politicians with enough balls to fight back.

Agreed. I'd even buy overpriced lottery tickets for an opportunity of getting trigger time.
