He should pardon Obama and Hilary for all matters related to the Russia hoax. I don’t know if you can undo a pardon. Nobody is going to investigate anyhow so may as well make them look guilty. 100 years from now nobody will know anything other than they were pardoned.

Pardons are weird things. No, They can't be undone, and they are pro-active. Ford pardoned Nixon for NO CRIME. He did it just in case, and to 'save-face' for the U.S.
