I hear about those a lot.
Using chuck roast and short ribs.
Just polished off a pressure-cooked bear roast. Damn fine.
looks great .. love me some good ol tacos
Damn!
Now I am hungry at midnight
Birria de chivo es traditional.
In a fresh torta is killer. Then you can get crazy and make it ahogada style.
Damn, if I wasn't so far north I'd ask for an invite. Looks good!
That seems like a lot of work for tacos until you see the end product! Looks delicious!
Yummy. It’s 5:AM. I can be there by dinner.
I’ve just ran into these recently...frequently! Seems I’ve missed out on these for a long time. Too simple. Wow!
Looks real good. I've been messing around with Korean barbecue and Jamaican jerk recipes. The Korean marinade uses pureed Asian pear, has enzymes that tenderize the meat. It works real well.
The jerk mix uses lime juice, it's really good on pork. I'm gonna try it on some baby back ribs.
You won’t be disappointed
I made em a few weeks ago
es mejor con chevo , buey
I hope you aint making em to eat while watching da foosball conference championship games tommorow.
A friend told me they was gonna be on tommorow.
LOL!!!
Sounds good!
I was in Torreon Mexico earlier this month and had birria de chivo a couple times. Damn good eats!

If I can get some chivo next time I will use that instead. Pretty sure I can find it at one of the local meat markets.
The secret to excellent cabrito is to get one that has never ate grass. Just mamma's milk.
yup worked for a guy when I was young who raised hundreds of them. He'd send me out to chase down all the newborn kids to bring back to the main pens. Damn, but I could run back then.
stx,
It's funny you mention these. I took the girls to one of my favorite schit holes for lunch today and it was on special.
They were flat fugkn' good:
Dayam, flaves becoming a regular kamogari
I put a link to the recipe, the only thing I did differently was using 6 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups of red wine instead of water.
