Imagine the tantrum he went in when he was told about it.

He can only appoint them if there are vacancies. One of the good things Trump did was fill every vacant federal judge position. China Joe can't just make a position open up. As to SCOTUS, he can try to pack it but I doubt that will work. Public opinion polls about 4 months ago showed most people don't want that and DEM congressional people want to stay in power. They will toss China Joe to the wind if he does anything that threatens that.

Hopefully more judges will stand in the way of anything he is trying to accomplish. Dem judges sure did it to Trump.
