Looking at the behavior of some of the highest members of the US military, it would seem that is not the case.

BUT, to the second part of the question, we are currently being declared more dangerous than ISIS or foreign terrorists by Bidens illegitimate government, and we haven't done a thing. By then it will be extremely ugly and very painful.

At which time I believe Obummer worked out some kind of deal to allow the UN to come in and take down citizen uprisings (as he called it). I always thought that was the job and the reason for the National Guard. I don't believe the NG was ever implemented to protect us but to be ready in case of civil uprising.
