Tennessee farmers must be different from the ones here. They voted for Trump in large numbers.
I bet a lot of them feel pretty fuggin' stupid about now, for voting for him/it. whistle

Confiscating all seed and farm equipment? Slaughtering livestock? History repeats.
I'm waiting for AOC and the rest of those retarded cocksuuckers to ban our old diesel tractors.

Their stupidity is limitless.
Cutting off water rights in Long Valley I hear.
I am a farmer from California no less. I have alot of family and friends who farm. Not one of these farmers including myself votes Democrat.
One could be outraged if bidet had actually been elected.

This is why the steal happened.

I live in rural East Tennessee. I do not know of a single Democrat farmer. All those in my community are staunch conservatives and Trump supporters.

My family are farmers, and I know plenty more. The vast majority vote republican.
Farmers here in the Valley backed Trump big time.
1: Police hate the occupied government.

2: Farmers hate the occupied government.

Who will be the next to join the list?
Most here in North Dakota vote republican. Fug Bitem! Edk
As for the lard asses sitting at the table eating more and cheaper than anyone in the world and bitching about farmers. Fug you to. Edk

You guys misread my post. You all are talking about Farmers. They are conservative. I’m talking about “farmers’. These are the guys who spray their tobacco crop with RoundUp and collect an insurance check while playing cards at the country club. Maybe this is unique to my locale.
Plenty of Biden banners in Minnesota and Iowa farms this last fall.

I wish it was. Now I don’t know any farmers that’ll tell you they are libtards. But they sure do love that farm bill.

What’s the difference?
Meh.

I might actually make some money for once.
I drove through 23 flyover states this fall. Saw a lot more Biden signs than I saw Trump. South Dakota had the most Trump, county to county that I saw.

That's a ground report. May not mean chit.
If farmers don't grow that food stuff and people kinda need to eat and such... wouldn't not growing things to eat be kind of a bad idea.

Nevermind... Joe is a genius... I'm sure he's got it all figured out.

I don’t believe that Biden has any idea of what he’s signing or what the ramifications or unintended consequences might be.

He’s just a suit.

It would have been red all over, but the illuminati and ccp knew all they had to do was rig the population centers, just like they did in a few counties in Fl and Indiana for Zero in 2012.

I cannot believe people voted for this idiot. And some still think he is on the right track.

If your goal is killing USA then I guess he is on the right track.

Well Dillonbuck are you a farmer or in agriculture? The reason we have had trade issues is THE GOVERNMENT! The usda has over reported the crop in storage for the past 2 years hence low prices not a trade embargo like Jimmy Carter did. PRESIDENT TRUMPS administration paid these American farmers a lot of money this past year, I’m talking several dollars an acre which made a lot of farmers very profitable this past year,

I sure can't say you're lying because I wasn't with you but my bride and I made a 4,000 mile road trip this year and saw countless TRUMP 2020 signs and flags. The states we traveled were our own state of Louisiana and Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, back to Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and back to Louisiana. We saw one Biden sign at a swanky house in Northeast Oklahoma, and that was all. I don't drive interstate highways if I can help it so we saw the country where real people live.

High Gravity 800.
FWIW our 'big' 4 wheel drive tractor is way older than Conrad's.
My John Deeres are all from the 80’s.
How old are the Challengers?
One is a 97 and the other is a 95.

Dad replaced a pair of Steigers from the 70's.

Those Steigers were good tractors....but had close to 20,000 hours apice.

We yarded the 3306 out of one and repowered it with an 855.

The 855 was cheap....because it was blowed up.

Half a day with a 4.5 inch grinder and some new exhaust gaskets and she weren't blowed up no more.

I've never been a fan of socialized anything, including subsidies. That said, I appreciate small family farmers and admire most. I've spent enough years working on one and a research farm subsidized by taxes and grants.

Most farmers are more conservative than most of the country and ALL cities by far. Many do follow Farm bureau propaganda and lobby against their own best interests surprisingly. FB to me has always seemed to be the establishment taking leadership within the farming communities through the counties/state/ corporate funded entities like extension.

That said, my next point will be my next post.

The little 6 cyl ones we had on the barges needed a qt to a /12 gal every trip downriver.

The Cummins ones went a whole service interval without hardly using a drop.

The high time tractor had a small cam Cummins originally set at 310.

The other tractor had a 3306 that we replaced with another small cam.

It was probably a 280 to start with.
They will go scorched earth in the next two yrs.

The most sustainable path forwards will be close to the model folks like Joel Salatin are developing. Food production needs to be localized. WTH would you ship produce cross country or international when your neighbor can supply everything you need?

Exactly!
When I speak to the issue of Sustainability, I preface to the libs that it has Nothing to do with us giving $ to their billionaire friend Igore to "save the world from CO2 emissions."
SELF sustainability of family, friends and community is what I am talking about. For years I've been inviting them to classes and sharing what I can to encourage them to become independent from the established big corporate agriculture structure.

I have to admit that it sometimes gets discouraging.
In my area, there are farmers markets, but people don't grow gardens or fruit/ perennial "food forests."

Are folks finally catching on in your neck of the woods?

I agree. Been a reader of Salatin for quite awhile now. He even traveled to AK and did a lecture which was televised afterwards. I have yet to see a downside to his approach which is close to the way I grew up. One of the first problems to eliminate is Big Ag's mafia-like stranglehold monopoly on seed stock and GMOs.

Now, if globular warming could only add a couple more useable weeks to each end of our growing season...........

You have a carbon cycle, water cycle and a nitrogen cycle.

It's about prioritizing the interests of the industries who patronize the political class. Think big agrochemical. Masquerading under the guise of environmentalism, our elected representatives dole out monopolies. Biden was spouting off about telling farmers what to grow back in September/October. These deliverables have been paid for well in advance.

That is what I was taught in both elementary and high school. Am I mistaken? They taught us that carbon dioxide was what all plants used to build themselves, at least that is what I thought they said. We were told those huge trees out there did not get their material from the soil except for a small amount of nutrients and of course water. Nobody ever told us carbon dioxide was poison. We were told it was absolutely necessary and that oxygen users and carbon dioxide users were in a symbiotic relationship. What do I know, I barely got out of high school.

Cash,

Joe's figured out a "New Economy" for us. We don't need farmers. The Treasury and Federal Reserve will just continue to print money so people can just buy their food. With an infinite supply of money to hand out, no one will ever need to work again.

Here in MN , the Democrat party was merged with the Farm Labor party in 1944.

Today’s Democrat party in MN is called the DFL, Democrat Farm Labor party.

The farmers around here take that Democrat and Farm coalition very seriously.

There were schit tons of Biden signs planted in farmers fields all across MN, but there were plenty of Trump signs as well.

Of the farmers I know, many voted for Trump, but they voted for Democrats across the board for everything else. How’s that for stupid.

Saw a strange placement of signs outside large cities in MN. Trump and GOP signs always on private property. Fewer Biden and DFL signs often on public land, right if way, parkways etc. Seemed a bit odd to me

Until some brave and right-minded people stand up to tyranny, it's only going to get worse. Voting our way out of it is a delusion. Imagining LEOs are going to do something is a delusion. Imagining courts will fix it is a delusion. Imagining Republicans will halt it is a delusion. When things get this bad, there are no peaceful solutions.

It boils down to whether we come together pretty quick, or whether we hang out together in the gulag.

This climate change hysteria may be cured by Mother Nature/Mother Earth if things do start cooling or CO2 levels start dropping. If we get a year without a summer as did happen in the 1800s bad stuff will happen very fast. There have already been shortages of some basic food items. Not everybody lives out in the boonies where they can take a .22 rimfire and kill a couple of black birds for supper. A 10% shortfall in food supplies would start a complete breakdown in civil society. And by the way, your food in your freezer will be worthless.

These kind of lies were never dependent on facts. From the outset, the "global warming" and then "climate change" narratives were dependent on fraudulent models and rigged data. Notice that I didn't say faulty models or data. This was a bought-and-paid-for narrative from the outset. There are billions of dollars available for "climate scientists", if they are willing to tow the line. They just make up schit whole-cloth now, because the narrative has gained traction. Just like every other fraud narrative the government (generally from the left, but not always) constructs to enrich themselves and their friends and to strip power and freedom from the serfs.
Global warming is a total joke. No wonder they felt comfortable putting forth the Covid lie. There are alot of brainwashed dummies in our Country.

It doesn’t matter what the govt does if you can’t grow enough food.

Evidence is showing we entered a Maunder Minimum in 2020.

You haven’t seen anything yet if the northern farm areas of the country are not able to grow food because of it, if it fully turns into one.

You’re talking a billion around the world starving to death, and a serious problem here in the USA to be able to grow food, and feed the people.

Times of depressed solar activity seem to correspond with times of global cold in history. The most famous example is the “Little Ice Age.”
• Between 1645 and 1715—during what we now call the “Maunder Minimum”—sunspots were exceedingly rare.
• Specifically, there were only about 50 sunspots (instead of the usual 40 to 50 thousand) and harsh winters.
• For 70 years, temperatures dropped by 1.8 to 2.7 degrees Fahrenheit.
Seven decades of freezing weather, corresponding with the coldest period of the Little Ice Age, led to shorter seasons and ultimately food shortages.

There is definitely an end to farmers in this country that are dems. They seem to more likely be small grain farmers that love each and every program the feds could come up with and have their own personal coffee cup at the FSA office because they are there so much.
Global Warming is the biggest hoax ever played on the world, with COVID catching up quickly.

First it was called Global Cooling, that didn’t scare enough people, so it was renamed, Global Warming.

Global Warming was based on computer models designed by those with an agenda, not hard evidence. Rising sea levels, melting ice caps, scorching heat , cities under water etc. None of it happened, in fact just the opposite in many situations. the “Computer Models “ were proven to be fails as was the whole Global Warming scenario.

To save face Al Gore and his band of hoaxers with the help of the media changed the name from Global Warming to Climate Change. With this renaming any change in our Climate is now called Man Made Climate Change . Before this hoax was implemented we used to call this WEATHER.

Now it is the Fault of Man, more specifically the fault of The United States of America.

The Paris Climate Accord was very telling. America was in the process of agreeing to be Fleeced of Billions, if not Trillions of dollars, in order to save the world from Man Made Climate Change. Without out it, the World would end in less that 10 years, AGAIN.

Once President Trump pulled out and told the hucksters to pound sand, they all went home bitching about not having America’s Financial support, and the Whole World Wide EMERGENCY CLIMATE CRUSIS, was shelved waiting for the Next US President to give them their handouts.
