I don't understand why someone would have decidedly non-Rigby looking stockwork done to a Rigby.

That pistol grip is waay too pronounced and the forend is a beavertail.

Kinda like putting racing stripes and a whale tail on a Bentley.

Let me know if you fine one with GFY on the trigger guard.

I don't know the finer points of particular name brand styles but that's a beautiful rifle!!

Looks like a California Rigby to me built on Merkel action. They produced some pretty guns when in business. Would be cool to have but a bit steep price for me.
