The right side of my screen has been taken over by the dreaded CARBONTV. I have Adblock but to no avail. How the hell do I make it gone?

Mine too and I have Abdblocker which usually blocks 7-10 ads every page refresh.

I right clicked in the Carbon TV window and in the resulting popup window clicked on Adblocker. It asked if I wanted to block this specific ad and I clicked on BLOCK and it went away immediately. Doesn't appear on subsequent page refreshes.

I'm running chrome here. Right clicking offers no help.

use uBlock Origin....using chrome and it fixed it for me....

Open Ad Block (click the stop sign). There will be an option to Block Element. Select the window and block away.
