But the filibuster yeay or nay boils down to one vote.
And the people that voted for him in WV continually.
Have kept him in office.
Hell even President Trump helped him out , being seen as a middle of the road " blue dog democrat" and not a liberal Socialist Democrat.

It all boils down to him.....
To do away with the filibuster and ultimately have any legislation they want ramrodded thru the senate.

Boils down to his historic stance on being " pro gun" and " pro coal" in those WV voters minds.
When he shows his true colors on both they will be outraged they voted for a smoke and mirrors show....
And the senate will be a Liberal Socialist Democrat playground with 0 means of resistance to anything they want to do.
He will set himself up financially from the 3 or 4 trillion spending bill joey wants to do.
Have a schit load of wind energy stuff for WV from it .
With the promise of jobs and preferred placement for coal workers getying shut down from it all.
WV will be a shining example of the success of the green new deal in 10 yrs at the end of President Harrris 2nd full term.
All from 1 man who has that one vote to do away with the Filibuster and its lasting effect.
