when Adam died , he was the only man in heaven

I really don't have a lot of thoughts.

So was Eve the only woman in heaven when she died?

Maybe his son Abel was there first.

Did he die of natural causes?
Or did someone help him along?

That's some deep thoughts for sure.
I don't remember ever talking with anyone about that, more or less thinking about it.

One thing that comes to mind is how old he was when He died. Unlike us, he saw many grandchildren for many generations. He doubtless outlived many of them too, having lived 930 years.

See https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Genesis-Chapter-5/

I think many of them had put their trust in the Lord for salvation just as he and Abel did. That was demonstrated by Abel's sacrifice that represented the Son of God or Messiah. One thing for sure is that since Cain killed Abel, Adam saw Able along with the Saviour when he died at the ripe old age of 930. What a joyous reunion that must have been after so tragic a departure.
That said, you raised a question that really gets me thinking and exercising my spiritual muscle. Thanks for that.

Imagine, that's not even close to how long we can live when we receive the gift God offers. That thought blows me away.

Yeah but only after Eve bit the apple did god decide that everyone must die. Sounds extreme but what are you going to do about it?

Trying to figure this out .
Satan and a bunch of other angels were already in heaven , so if Adam and Eve were the first on earth , then were did satan and the other angels come from ?
Somebody had to die to get to heaven , right ?

Jimmy Buffett would say it usually is...

Angels are different kind of beings without our mortal bodies of flesh and blood.
In the book of Job, even Satan still had access to speak to God. He at least visited heaven and said that he was traveling earth. It seems that both fallen angels and God's elect army can go back and forth and in between.

Whereas, a human who trusts in his own goodness to get to heaven goes immediately to hell, but after this the judgement.
IF one changes their mind, they will never die and go to hell. The old mortal body is left behind. The eternal soul and live spirit goes to the Lord. He will be given a new glorified body.

"We are confident, [I say], and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord'.
II Corinthians

Adam had a good sense of humor , after a few months he asked the angles about his desire to be with his wife. but they didn't think he was joking and ignored him.
