I can see how it would feel pretty good to get that compression off your spine. How long does it last?

We have one, a friend gave it to us. I should use it more, got out of the habit.

Anyone had a brain aneurysm from one?

I had one years ago. It provided good temporary relief but for me, losing weight and exercising worked significantly better. If you do get one, my biggest advice is to go VERY slow in progressing in the angle. I took the more is better approach at first and made my situation worse. All those little muscles aren't used to stretching and they will rebel something fierce if you're not careful.

When most of us have been upright for 50+ years, to what degree will hanging upside down an hour a day for 10 years reverse the first 50?

Yeah, but it fixed the blood clot in my leg and my back feels great!😀 Just kidding, of course. I've been using my Total Gym as a sort of wannabe inversion table and it does help. As far as how long it helps, I don't know, but I'll take any relief no matter how brief.
