They have definately raised their prices since last year, but early in 2020 I bought 16K cci pistol primers from them for $27 per 1000 but that ship has sailed...wishing for a do over!

Gonna hoist the BS flag. Just checked MidwayUSA's site. Hornady Superformance Ammo with the 265 gr bullet is currently out of stock but the listed price is $55.99 a box or $2.80 a round. Still high but nowhere near what you are claiming. $2.80 USD equal $3.51 CDN.
