these were given to us by the guys we fished with, in Islamorada, they caught 3 a couple days after we fished with them, biggest 195.

Hundreds, maybe more? We rode our bikes 7-10 miles every weekend, both days, sometimes on Wed during holiday weeks and most times brought home limits of 5 (or more?
). Best friend's dad would buy the Velvetta, mini mallows, and Pautzke's eggs for us, as they had 9 kids to feed. We only had five.
But, I've also caught and eaten many (hundreds?) of wild trout (oh, the horror) and I do like them better.
But, without the enjoyment of catching all those stockers, I may not have gotten hooked on fishing.
They aren't the best eating though, same same with the farmed Atlantic salmon. Don't hold a candle to wild caught.

I bought a couple of fresh Sword Fish fillets (steaks?) off the truck that had just returned from down south to stock up their seafood store/restaurant in Fargo, ND, looked up a recipe online and grilled them.
