“The proposed rule will be entered into the federal register on Friday and kick off a 30-60 day review period for public comment.”

There was one, suosedly. The shooter in the Odessa / Midland, TX area that was driving down I-20 shooting folks with an AR. Supposedly bought it from a fellow that was building them in his garage in Lubbock, TX. The Waffen ATF shut down his business, never was heard from again.
