DeWine originally said mask mandate would drop if we get to 50 cases per 100K. We are at 140 but tonight he said - 3 weeks is plenty of time for anyone who wants to get vaccinated to do it, then he essentially said after that its on you if you get sick.

I'm not sure what motivated him to change his mind, but I'm guessing he felt like he was on borrowed time with any additional mandates over the summer.
