Signed up and was ready to read some post but a forbidden 403 error kept popping up, say I need to create useful post or reply’s to read certain post. I’m new to this so can you veterans on here help me out.

What am I doing wrong, if I can’t read certain post and respond to them, but need to respond or create useful post , guess I will just post where I can and see what happens. Or keep creating up useful post.
