I found a gun that I like but do not know anything or how reliable the shop that is selling it is. Maybe you have dealt with them before? Maybe go look at it for me?? I don’t live there anymore. And I’d be extremely cautious about Armslist.
Have you tried doing a web search of the store? If you can’t find a member with local first hand knowledge I’d do a web search if the site looks legit call them tell them your interested and have your FFL verify their FFL and then proceed.
Buying online may not be for you.

Not really a gun store. It's a pawn shop. I think it's fairly reputable for a pawn shop. Been around for a while.
No shipping. Seems simple enough.
Store's been there forever.
All That Glitters has had several locations in the Portland area for years. They are as reputable as a pawn ship can be and are pretty good on their gun knowledge/descriptions. I’ve bought 6-8 rifles from them over the years.
I would have no concerns buying an item they list online.
If that weren't enough, there's also the Wurshington and Organ residents only caveat.
It's so blatantly stated, maybe the OP has something else in mind in the way of help.
