Then they will put the bills through reconciliation, pack them with everything they possibly want, including most of that voting bullschit that they want, and pass it on a 51-50 vote in the Senate.

Romney does what McConnell and the Establishment tell him to do.

He if votes for it, McConnell and the Establishment directed him to do so.
