My oldest daughter did Muy Thai kickboxing for a couple of years, I'm glad that phase is over with.It was pretty brutal.

Can't imagine watching one of my daughters getting knocked around, but, we got a punching bag last Christmas for our 7 year old and she's definitely getting stronger. She had been using me up until then. 💪 I'll show her this and see what she thinks.
