2: fishing for more money to do a 27 point signature verification

55,000 potentialy fraudelent ballots. 23,000 + bad addys and non-matching or not checked signatures.

Old election laws in place have no "Teeth" in them. legaslature trying to change in future.

Routers cannot be accessed . Lotsa demonnogery.
