We are limited on trees here, ash and cottonwood mostly.
Ash have turned and are losing leaves, orange and gone, cottonwoods turning yellow.
What are your trees doing?
Pics would tell the tale...
Seems early.
I suppose the trees are in full out survival mode.
Jim, it seems like normal timing here.
It's a change of scenery, hope we don't get big wind. Weather has been really nice lately.
Shìt...our leaves turned yellow a month ago and fell off.
More maple than anything else where I live and just starting to get some color they should be in prime color in about two weeks.
In Minneapolis area , maples are turning bright red and orange, oaks brown, sumac bright red, ash are yellow. This year is supposed to, be a below average year for leaf color, because of the heat and drought summer.

Your trees ain't as pretty as usual?
Mudderfùgger.....my grass and leaves are GONE!
The hillsides are ablaze in red, orange and yellow.
Down here the bigtooth maples in the Texas Hill Country ain’t gonna turn for another month. People will drive long distances to see them though since there aren’t that many compared to the northeast the color won’t be all that great.
Limited selection yesterday.
Crappy phone pic.
In the last week, the colors went all fall in town.
We drove through the Bridgers this morning and the fall colors are about a week away from being at their peak.
Love the gold, thank you Remson.
Fugg...someone post the double rainbow Hawaiian.....

Man that's a pretty sight.
Still a couple weeks out here. The ash in my yard was losing leaves…in June…. Dammed emerald ash borer got it so being replaced by a red oak
Anyone got a nice picture of a covered bridge?
How about a big uncircumcised penis?
Cuzzin', I wish you were here right now, we could medicate.
I mean meditate...
One more, that my wife took with her superior iPhone camera.
I think Big Jim has been to the Rez and stole some firewater. 🤣

Here in the mountains the Aspens and Elms are turning red and yellow. We had one hard freeze and everything started changing quick. Hopefully we’ll get buried in snow soon…
This was a few days ago- lots fewer leaves now after a front blew in.
Haven't had a frost yet, so developing late this year. We're probably a week or so from peak colors.
Palisades area, Snake River country. Last Monday.

Do you always wrap your wiener?
I took a drive up into the Cascades Wednesday and the colors were going off. The vine maples were a stunning red
8000ft this last Mon Sierra Crest quakies just starting to turn.
It's still hurricane season on the Texas gulf coast Mr.Sam.
Fall lasts about a week here. Somewhere around the middle of November.
Hayfield last week.
Looks like a good late cutting. I heard that the east side got some rain last month and greened things up a bit.
Irrigated stuff, dryland is toast.
Sorry to hear that. Dry on the west side too.
Its the Fall Foliage Festival this and next weekend.
Big doins, close streets for the weekends, hundreds of people selling
craft schidt.(Was started for local craftsmen, it's no longer local, or
hand made. Not even made in this hemisphere for much of it)
But not much fall color yet.
I have even had to mow every Saturday for over a month. And it could
be done more often.
When I was a kid, mowing was once or twice in September. Maybe.
Bet I'll be cutting it next month yet.

Carrying a pretty heavy load of snow.
Grade A Bender, love the dog pic!
Usually have three on rides. Our lab, the vicious pitbull mix, and a friends Aussie. Ride 14 miles, they get 20!
Foliage is clearly overrated.

Awesome picture. As much as I love the woods it’s got nothing on the West and the mesa, prairie, or whatever you would call that there.
Lots of "leaf" tours not that far from me .... tourist I hate f****** tourist. Refer back to other threads about vehicles that we hate certain license plates. There's reasons for this. That is all
Took "The Warden" with me to Taos last week. The elms, cottonwoods, and aspen were very yellow. The Gambels oak is very red, also.
Prettiest we've seen in several years. It snowed up there a couple of days ago - I'm told its REALLY beautiful, now.
I drove to Cranberry Lake in the western Adirondacks yesterday. The colors were coming along nicely, lots of reds this year, maybe a few days behind schedule. It was raining and warm, for the next few days too. Hopefully we get a couple of those cool low pressure days to enjoy the color before it’s gone.
Mostly still green here. We hardly ever have a fall, we seem to go from summer straight to winter.
I really want to make a tin-foil joke right now...
But i like all of your photos
The black walnuts are yellow and losing their leaves rapidly here in Southern Michigan.
Cottonwoods are starting to turn, but the maples, sassafras and oaks haven’t started.
Mostly oaks in my yard and they’re still green, mostly.
My buddy out on the Idaho/Wyoming border of Utah on a fishing trip.
Good morning kind folks, I'm having troubles with posting pictures.
I'll try a link, the Mississippi River looking south at Bemidji, back a few weeks.

Some lilacs are are blooming again.

No pics of Sickermore, Piddler, Gooschiett or Calledumb will be forthcoming. They are all under cover - and all in the same bed.
All the pretty colors are already gone here. Kinda crappy looking now. Oh well it will be white in a month or so. This is in N.D. Next to the Canuck border. Edk

YEAH!
We only have summer and a couple of weeks of winter down here, good part fishing year round.
Maples are turning here. Young hickory trees are showing that golden color.
Tree rats are having a blast, good year for mass. Deer and bear should be happy. I’ve seen plenty of grasshoppers for the turks.
Month ago;
Last weekend;
Thanks for the pics!
Couple from the river last Friday afternoon.
Looking west.
Down river to the east.
Nice all! Imgur is acting up for me.
What's another site?
No leaves, but some red and yellow from this week….
Back to the real world, works gonna suuuccckkk tomorrow
You catch any fish?
(I know you caught a buzz)
We brushed a 32' duck blind this weekend with white oak. It's was green and bushy. Perfect brush and will hold its leaves through the end of January. We are a month away or more from turning leaves.

I know it started snowing minutes after I took my pic's.
Does my one tree count?
These were early last week. Heavy killing frost twice since these were taken and some good wind. Scenery is changing too quick.

It was almost 80 here today.
Supposed to bust 80 tomorrow.
Undambelievable. Its October, I think.
Mowed every Saturday for the last 6+ weeks.
Missed last. Hit it Tuesday and now I have cowshitz looking clumps
in the yard. October? Right?
Since nobody has stepped up, might get the Battleaxe and ride around a bit
this weekend. Can think of 7 covered bridges in about 30 mile radius . Not sure if that's a lot of them or not?
here's the penis......
here's the penis......
Mine is bigger and more ... well knarly than yours...
Ours are getting scattered bright leaves. We have a hickory in the back yard and we just noticed day before yesterday that it had a small cluster of gold leaves. It’ll be solid gold and start dropping leaves in about two weeks.
It usually starts turning as I’m leaving for my Colorado elk hunt and is complete when I return.
The ash trees here are about bare.

Not the best, but this is from my back porch.

The news here said leaf change would be fast and fall sight seeing "ruined".
This week they are saying leaf change is behind.
Well, which is it?
