Yeah I watched a new half pint female cop come into a disorderly drunken crowd and try to act tough which escalated the situation. She got no where until a couple other cops showed up. No commanding respect there. What a waste of a cop slot.

Wasn't always this way. 30 or so years ago, the RCMP consisted of mostly big guys who'd give you a crack with a baton upon resisting arrest. Now it seems half the force is made up of women.
They need pussies for police officers now days, so hiring women seems to be the best place to start!!
