Looks like our pressure worked.

Gee, I'd buy some bullets and powder now but they don't have any to sell. Wonder where it all went???.......................
I knew it
Great! I think most on the right are figuring it out. Pressure tactics and boycotts work.
That is awesome; glad Steve grew a pair.

They all say they're producing as much as ever but that's not true. I'd wager they're mostly manufacturing the popular pistol and 5.56 stuff and the bullets for hunting applications is an afterthought.

I mean truly how can we have a run on things like Partitions and monos? It doesn't bother me as I have enough and plenty of old cup and core.
Great news
Standup and they fold. They were pressured into it, they can be pressured out.
Still screw Steve he should NEVER have made his employees choose

Wow!

You and I have to disagree on growing a pair.
He caved under almost no pressure. Mandated the Clotshot.

Then, when he saw us getting pissed, he cave on his mandate.

Not only has he flip-flopped as fast as John Carey, but he didn't
even have the balls to admit it.

The first memo was about making the shot available?
WTF? It everywhere, for free.
And tgats not at all what the memo clearly stated.

Is Hornady in Bed with Dick's.

You know, Dick's.
The stores that sold thousands of AR's.
Untill a school shooting.
Then in a virtue signalling campaign the loudly proclaimed "NO MORE ARs".
Then they opened Field and Stearm stores.
And sold ARs.
Then there was another shooting.
And more virtue signaling.

Glad we won.
Why in thee Hell didn't he just say that in light of employee rights,
brought to his attention by his customers, he was dropping the mandate?

I respect a man who can see he was wrong, and admit it.
None at all for a wishy washy mealymouth liar.
So we’re shopping there again?

Sure are a lot of Hornady bullets in LGS. Virtually no Nosler, Sierra, Berger and other brands.
Well if it's true that's good news more employers need to pushback hard against Biden.

It's so funny with the usual belief here that a business owner has the right to run his business the way he wants and if a worker doesn't like the situation he can just quit. I see now if the women here don't like something a business owner does well that's a different matter.

Well said, both of you.
So, are they going to bring back the Interlocks they discontinued over the last few years?
If this is true, well praise the Lord. I sent him a message not threatening to withhold business from Hornady but expressing extreme disappointment felt by me a very loyal customer and supporter. I have always said about Hornady that if something goes wrong Mr. Hornady will make it right.
My attitude is that he made a drastic mistake and has repented and made it right. For whatever reason it's good enough for me.
Ok , I might buy some Hornady's,,, under some conditions. The need to start making .277 150gr. , 180 in .308 and ,,, well how bout round nose bullets in every caliber bigger than .22 cal. ?? I would love to see more of those old round nose bullets again. They were always very good in Wisconsin for bear and deer. I don't know why but a round nose bullet in a 300 Sav. just seems right, make that . 308 Win, and 30-06 too. NO?
When the masses stand up, they are forced to listen.

The LGS I go to had 30 cal, 165 grain Inter Locks. Believe $66/100.
Flat tire again?

That didn’t have crap to do with it. I knew when I read the original letter and it said “Please, Please get your shot” that something was planned.
He might have figured out that if he lost the .GOV business, he won’t have difficulty replacing those sales for a while.

Or maybe he realized the mandate isn’t going to hold up in court, or in the court of public opinion, take your pick.
Prolly time to put Steve out to pasture......

People like you are what’s wrong with this Country, not a doubt in my mind. Worthless to the core.
After folding like a cheap lawn chair I’m still not buying their crap
Our local store has some interlocks back in stock. 40 bucks a box. I bought one box and left the rest for others. Edk
We have come to the doorstep on Marxism. It is encouraging that Hornady dropped the mandate but the vermin still populate our government. I never thought I'd see the day that my own government would do the things it's doing blatantly ignoring the Constitution.

ENGLISH M********ERS! Can anyone speak it or comprehend it?

What people don't seem to understand is "mandates" have zero authority under the law and Constitution. That's NOT how we are set up to govern. Just because they say it, doesn't make it so.

I saw this coming down the pipeline during the Klinton years. We're not getting out of this without gunfire.
I’ve always preferred Sierra.

Expect maybe some V-max 😆
Pussy move, Hornady.

Your leadership is limp-wristed, and weak

Hornady is about all I see around for reloading components. Winchester and Hornady are all I see around for loaded ammo.

A business owner absolutely has the right to run his business any way he wants. And everyone else has the right to shop else where.

Are you really that stupid or are you just that big of a Fugging kkhunt? I'm thinking both
Steve is still a lying sack of bat$hit and he can take his Horny products and shove them up his ass.

He wimped out and waffled when the heat got turned on him for caving to wrinkly balls dicktater.

Screw him. If it wasn't a mandate he wouldn't have written the first letter
Thank God Fireballz didn’t drive to Nebraska and find a perch with his Savage 99.

LOL

As long as those kids ain't vaccinated... I'm good with an 8 year old Chinese kid punching sheet metal to make me an 400 amp electrical panel. Ain't everybody?
It is a mistake to assign any sort of honor, ethics, or respect for the constitution to the decisions of the Hornady Corp. The decision to mandatory vax was driven by money, the decision to reverse that position was money driven. Steve Hornady didn't see the light....the bean counters and sales VP were the ones that brought him to Jesus. Follow the money, every goddam time.
The left has been doing this boycott crap for as long as I can remember. It works. It's about time ,real Americans start pushing back.
I’ve never obeyed any of Al Sharpton’s boycotts.
No more hornady for this house. It’s what a fella does before he is called out that is most representative of his thinking. What he does after means a lot less. He shat his nest, and no amount of whitewashing is going to put his initial action out of my memory. Whoever has the power needs to cleanse the top levels of that company and install some people with an understanding of their responsibilities and the courage to concentrate on making a product rather than sucking azz to the commies.
Old Gray?

Did you watch the video.
The hunt for the leaker seals it for me.
There is no way i would want to work for that man.

I'm not a shrink,
but the mandate,
the walk back, lying and blaming others for not being smart enough to understand,

Now, trying to hunt down the people who exposed him, punishing
anyone unvaxxed just because he got exposed and thwarted, shows
an awful lot about his character.

This BS.
The vengeful hunting of someone.
This is probably the #1 reason I'm glad to be Union.
There is so much wrong with unions, including vaccination issues.
But, I'm at least able to call schidt, schidt!
Without worrying about getting fired.
Fudge overbearing management.

I don't kiss their butt.

I respect anyone.
Especially my bosses.
But I dam sure don't claim roses, when they are spewing BS.
If you spend much of Ike around Steve Hornady it doesn’t take long time figure out his dishonesty and lack of integrity. Just saying from personal experience. But, you can still fool some of the people all the time. MAGA

I wish I worked for him and was the one that leaked the video. I'd wait till there was a crowd around him and let him know I did it. Doing that out on the production floor would be best. That way everyone would get first hand knowledge of how it went down and see just exactly what kind of creep they work for.

This. With sales for ammo of any kind great right now the thought of having to tell trained employees they cant show up to work was more than they could handle.
Not just production people either we are talking sales, admins , accounting and logistics people as well. To which support the production operation. They would still severely cripple themselves even if their sales stayed the same.
So if Steve could reverse himself on this issue, where are the Fugking Idiots that claimed he had no choice but to do it?
Yeah, sorry but there's doing the right thing, and being forced to do the right thing.

Still going to avoid all Hornady products.

Hope his search for the original whistle blower backfires on him too.

Laying low and sucking a willie for a dollar. The idiots -pussies don't understand that we have the power if we stay strong and true.

This is true. Spent a lot of time during the 80’s around Steve Hornady. Discovered him to be quite the 2 faced little prick by the 90’s. Wish I could join your boycott but I have been boycotting them since the 90’s. Dumped everything Hornady except for a powder measure and a few boxes of XTP bullets.

^^^^^^ BINGO! ^^^^^^
He probably figured out that he'd made a big F and decided to reverse course. I'm thankful that he did. The employees don't have to suffer any more than necessary. This entire episode of government insanity is going to have to stop.
