The Keystone would have brought in 800,000 barrels a day from canada, not that we really need it, but more is better now. He already tapped the United States reserves 3 times already and sent it to Asia, likely China though . China said publicly we need as much energy as we can get. Low and behold, President Biden comes through for them. Problem is, it is sour crude. Good for some things, but it is not the best. Light and sweet is much better.

It's a lot more than that. That might be an estimate of fuel consumption. A million barrels will supply two large refineries for a day if up and running.
