Ok, what are the legal implications of a company forcing employees to get injections and firing them for not doing so?

Until judges start standing up for our constitutional rights as written and intended there will be no legal implications!
Judges are supposed to be the final arbitrator of justice and when the majority are political appointments it boils down to which party is in power or which party holds the power!

Where in the Constitution is your right to be employed by anyone in particular protected? Where does it require private businesses to employ you on your terms rather than theirs?

If you were already employed, where in the constitution does any employer have the right to demand that you be injected with a noxious substance?

If it was made a condition of employment, then that's completely different.

Hahaha. Tff.
I think that was the plan all along; worked in Big Tech having private companies take away liberties protected under the Constitution so why not here?

He announced the mandate far before issuance for a reason… to give private companies cover.

Can employers discriminate on the basis of religion?
Asking for a friend.
Yep, Sporting and EFW
Could an employer make SAC suck on lead pellets all day?

Or, did one already?
It will stop when they lose enough talent that it hurts. In this labor market, that won't take long. The number of high-producing Californians that have moved into the neighborhood makes me scratch my head. To a man (woman), they have "kept their job and are working remote", but every one of them is working an exit strategy. The "woke" company thinks they are saving a bunch of overhead with this work-from-home scheme but they don't realize the high performers already have one foot out the door, and the low performers are performing... well, as you would expect. When it all comes to a head, there won't be anything left but a husk of a company. Think Sears, Wells Fargo; once thriving, exemplary companies that took their employees for granted and didn't realize until too late that all the high producers had left.

If I answer your question very literally: Yes.

Especially in At Will states, which is most of them, we can discriminate against whomever we want and it is up to them to prove we did it. I've never told anyone we've fired why we fired them because doing so has no upside for me, only risk. Done well on the employer's end it is very difficult to win much more than a pittance award for wrongful termination.

A lot of people here think that the government is going to save them from the government. Or maybe more accurately, the government will save someone else who gets off the couch to take a case to court and they'll be saved in the process. This isn't likely to go as well as they think. The straighter path would be do stop working for anyone who requires you do to something you don't want to do....whether that is come in on Saturday or wear a bump cap or take a vaccine....and go work for someone who doesn't. We employers will get the message much faster.
Interesting up here..........
I see some Corporations have imposed a mandate for private contractor's entering their premises, yet, for their own employee's there is no mandate wtf??.

How can that happen?....is the question I am waiting response too, in writing from the company I refer too.

I also asked ......why they don't have a mandate for their customer's entering the premises?
Guy says.....we don't ask our customer's to comply.....I says.......the private contractor's you ban from the premises are your customer's.

The worms have found the pilot holes.
Just how long until a digital currency is implemented? tied with mandates, directed the WHO.....less than a year, maybe.

Easy answer.
Saw it clearly early last year with this dam flu.

I'm better than you.
We are better than them.

Guys at work were certain that THEY couldn't possibly infected.
Like getting it would make THEM dirty.

But, I was a risk.
I might be dirty. I could get it and make them sick.

Except, when it came to truck drivers coming to our plant.

Then, it was THOSE TRUCK DRIVERS. They were the unclean masses
that could contaminate all that was Holy and good.
