Making a gallon jar of pickle eggs tomorrow, started kraut today and processed my fermented peppers for hot sauce, got it in the jars.

I like Mt. Olive kosher dill pickle juice. I sip on it ice cold when I’m really depleted from climbing and hiking. It hits the spot.

Prickle juice works for cramps and so does cheap fast food hot sauce like Taco Bell.

Better is stuff called Nuun. Tablets dissolve in your water. Much more electrolytes than Gatorade and it’s not heavy tasting.

An occasional sip is good and I never knew it helped relieve cramps. Mostly I just use it for pickling hard boiled eggs. Although the last couple years I've also been saving the juice from mild hot pepper rings and using it for the egg pickling. Getting to like those eggs better than the pickle juice ones.
