I think you are in a bit of a hurry. you need at least two to four more cars before you can draw any conclusions..

A faster twist would have stopped the projectile tumble & created more spin drift so it could've been at least a 10 ring with no scope adjustment required.

But at the current twist it doesn't seem to over penetrate.

As an aside, I got a call from somebody this weekend that couldn't figure out why their new Leupold scope would have 2MOA adjustments. After looking at the product, I could see where somebody might get that. Leupold could have been a bit more thoughtful on their labeling layout.
