Prices have risen quite a bit.

A 68 Ford with shiny paint & a topper made with 2x4's for 35K? It doesn't go fast, haul much, or even garner much interest at a drive in car show. But I guess if it reminds the new owner of special times it is better to them than the money just laying in the bank?
I can't even afford to watch that auction on TV....I'm afraid to scratch my nose even in my own living room.
