I have a 5 gallon bucket of lentils.

I am saving them for Slumlord.

I probably have 50 pounds or so. Wife has one bag that size open in containers around here somewhere.

Yep. Mine are navy/great northern. Also have around 60 pounds of rice and some dried green peas, although not that much.

Maybe, soybeans.

How ya get the beans above the frank?

Can't beat dried beans and rice for long term storage and hedge against shortages.

(My brother in law, who were preppers had a huge food storage unit of survival food. They went a different direction and asked if we wanted all that. We took it all. You cannot even imagine the survival food I have now... All varieties of stuff. Powdered eggs, mashed taters, beans, cheese, dinner kits, deserts, veggies of all sorts, powdered milk... You name it. And WHEAT... LOTS of wheat! Probably 3-4 tons of wheat in 5 and 6 gallon buckets. Been feeding the wildlife some of the wheat for a couple years now, and ain't put a dent in it yet...)

Mostly cheddar.

It's real dehydrated cheddar. Says to add water and it makes cheese... ?

I have every variety of everything. Hamburger meat, peanut butter, cocoa, nutrition drink mix, sugar, salt, .... everything.

It's mostly good for 25 years or so. Lots of years left on it. It's all dated.

I forgot Freeze dried ice cream sandwiches... I opened one can and tried them. Taste just like the real deal.
