I honestly don't know, but they never do. I even Googled it. No answer.
leave them chained to a tree long enough and they do
How long has it been since u stepped in yours?
It's because they eat it before they can step in it.
Always looking at the ground..
Dogs are 4 dimensional smellers.
I've seen dog prints in dog Shïts.
Dillon(our Boxer) totally schidts an area up, then changes areas.
We think he changes when it's so bad he is stepping in it.
My SOB walked out of the vet office, across the cement parking lot climbed into the front seat and left tan dog crap prints all over the inside of my pickup. Might just be my dog, he's terrible.
They do, just not often.
Oh they do. And then they drag it in the house...
Probably why I see them wiping their feet after dumping.
Sensitive nose, down low....like a mine detector.
Dog people... 🙄

Haha.

Live with an animal, live like an animal.
Neighbor used to have a bird dog in a pen. That dog always chit in one big pile in the corner of the pen. It was taller than the dog! He’d walk his back feet up the pile so he could chit on top of it. Never saw that before or since.

That'd be considered animal cruelty around my place.
Most dogs are too busy eating it.

Too busy rolling in it?
I had a lab that when you put him on the back of a truck he would get nervous and [bleep] as soon as the truck moved. If you kept driving he would have dog chit everywhere.
