Or don't they have any offensive weapons?

Moscow is actually fairly close to Ukraine - I'd bomb the crap out of Moscow if I was Zelenskyy and see how they like it

Didn't they give up all rights to offensive weapons when they lost their nukes in the deal with the USA and the EU ? I think this is when the Ukrainians got the thumbs up for NATO membership. Which in effect started this whole war.

kwg
Another victim of trusting the USA.
You had better do some homework. First, Ukraine is still officially a territory of Russia. It is a cesspool of child trafficking, corruption, bio labs and Nazi groups. Putin is not a great guy, but he is correct on this. Quit watching the media. It is 90 percent bs. It is the playground of the NWO..

That's a good question. Don't they have some jet aircraft? On second thought, they would probably be shot down immediately

You don't hear anything about counter attacks on the ground either. Of course, you don't get the truth from the media. The media is the enemy of the people!
Ukraine is NOT officially a territory of Russia. When the Soviet Union fell, Ukraine voted to have their own country. In return for giving up the nukes on their soil, we guarantied their safety, along with Brittan, France, Russia, etc. Putin is at fault here. Ukraine might have corruption problems, which this new president was going to root out. Maybe Russia and the west really didn't want him to root out the corruption. Why Russia invaded, and why the West is not helping much. Some politicians want to give Ukraine weapons, but not air support, or no fly zones, or even troops because they want to "bleed Russia dry" using the poor Ukrainians to deal with 25% of their population being displaced. Russia is loosing tanks, generals, aircraft, etc. Hillary Clinton said we could use Ukraine to "bleed Russia dry". Hmm.
A new movie, “Thirty Seconds Over Moscow”.
A Ukrainian Jimmy "Ivan" Doolittle raid might be a moral win but IF Russia was holding something back, I suspect it would get used REALLY quickly after that.

Do ANY you have ANY idea what a nuclear exchange entails?
Probably because the Russians have one of if not the most sophisticated air defense systems in the world around Moscow. The Russians knew they couldn’t complete with NATO in every category so they put their money into air defense and strategic missiles. The Russians don’t have the huge offensive military of the old Soviet Union. This is also the reason there is no real desire on the part of NATO for a no fly zone. NATO could probably manage to get it done but it would be costly in lives and aircraft. Stealth isn’t so stealthy anymore. Long wave radar can pick up stealth aircraft and with modern computing power can make that radar useful for tracking and targeting.
Any attack on Russian soil will be propaganda for Putina...

"See, I told you they would attack us... thats why we have to kill their civilians before they destroy our precious USSR, I mean Russia"

Sounds like a winner. I see a lot on the fire about how bad the Ukraine is but the same people have little to say about a Russian communist dictator invading a sovereign nation. We should supply the Ukraine offensive weapons that can reach into Russia. and as much defensive stuff as they can use. Russia under Putin is our enemy so Ukraine is our friend at least for now. As long as they are killing communist's I am good with whatever we can do to help.

It's become more and more evident that those that grew up and lived during the "nuclear age" don't remember much from it.

A lot of war blather from people that never even bothered to serve in the military and can't even find Ukraine on a map
That would be a great idea if your goal is the unrestricted carpet bombing of every city in your own country. And no, that's not what's happening now. It could get a lot worse.

Exactly, jorge. Idiots in DC toss "WWIII" around like candy at a parade. It's like they're prepping everyone on earth for the "inevitable".
The USA and NWO sponsored a "color revolution" that removed an elected president of Ukraine. Some Oblasts objected to that and tried to break away. The Ukrainians responded by attacking them for the last 8 years. This is one of the biggest reasons Russia has attacked.

Attacking civilian populations in Russia would be a bad move in the propoganda war.
Ukraine gave up offensive weapons and nukes in the Budapest memorandum.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budapest_Memorandum_on_Security_Assurances

The US, UK, and Russia gave security guarantees to Ukraine in exchange for them giving up nukes.
