No surprise that.
That’s quite unfair to Dylan Roof
It’s not about enforcing existing laws….

It ain't getting no sex in prison.
WTF? You can go on a shooting spree at a mall and get bail let alone a $25k pitance. Stay tuned for this dudes next caper. Plus he was involved in a prior murder.
Is it too late to get rid of Ketanji on the Supreme Court and get this judge on the Supremes?
Wow. Somebody needs to start holding judges accountable!

The Dallas school shooter got a $75K Bond.

POS is still free on bond. 😡
Incredible.
There is a problem here not being mentioned in this thread.

Our AG wants to blister this guy and all involved .... but his hands are tied.

We have very friendly gun laws here in this state. This guy had no prior felonies and they're having a hard time getting witnesses to come forward against this guy .... so they maxed out the bond they could impose upon him based upon illegal possession of a weapon which, honestly, none of us are sure what that even means but we think it means he was carrying concealed, without a permit, in a facility that had "concealed carry not allowed" signs at every entrance. (I've been to that mall many times. It is a very high end mall in an exclusive area of town where not many blacks reside)

It's a stall tactic to keep him in relative custody under house arrest with a bracelet until they can catch the other three shooters plus tie him into more evidence so they can bring down the hammer on this guy and the others.

BLM and the ACLU are already here interfering. Local prosecutors and our AG are telling them to fuqk off.

Judges around here are not sympathetic to this thug. He's had plenty of run-ins with the law, just not felony convictions.

They'll get him before all is said and done. This guy and the others are gonna pay. There are probably more judges and lawyers living in that area of town (Harbison/Irmo/Lake Murray) than there are in Forest Acres. They're not happy about their mall being violated.
Any info on the judge?

Why didn’t they charge the POS with attempted murder. ???

Way late with accountability

Do we need to know anything else about the judge ?
Kenneth
Three mass shootings this weekend, all committed by minorities and yet state media knows nothing about any of it.

That USED to be the case, until Columbia annexed the mall and Section 8 housing was brought into the area. It is the only actual active mall left and the bad element that brought the other malls down has moved in. Just walk through the food court any given day and look at the dregs that have taken over.

Once the Section 8 Housing Projects go up, the neighborhood is FUQKED.

Seen it ruin a perfectly good neighborhood in my old hometown. And all the schools in that area too. 😡
Low bail is a good thing. These thugs are just too difficult to target when they're locked up with a bunch of cops protecting them. Surely there must be a few people with a skill set like Carlos Hathcock or Chris Kyle in the area.
And can go to work---WTF??

Funny right there. What’s his job ? Carjacking, shoplifting, burglaries etc. Hasbeen
Did they return his weapons while he is out on bond??

Jewayne has been locked up again. No bond!!

They are still looking for his buddy, Sincere Jamal. These black gals come up with some weird names.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Bond has been denied for both shooting suspects in custody in relation to Saturday's Columbiana Centre shooting in South Carolina.

Tuesday morning, Marquise Robinson and Jewayne Price both appeared in bond court.

Price appeared in court for the second time Tuesday after a judge set a $25,000 surety bond for him and ordered him to wear an ankle monitor on house arrest.

Price was originally charged with unlawful carrying of a handgun; police later charged him with the same charges as the other suspected shooters.

Robinson and Price both face nine counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, attempted murder, and unlawful carrying of a handgun charges.

Police continue to search for their third suspect in the case, Amari Sincere-Jamal Smith.

Smith is also charged with nine counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, attempted murder, and unlawful carrying of a handgun. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Chief Holbrook said on Sunday that 14 victims were injured in the shooting Saturday at Columbiana Centre mall. The oldest victim being 73-years-old, and the youngest is 15-years-old.

Nine of the victims had gunshot wounds, while the other five have broken bones, cuts, and a head injury from trying to flee the mall.
