Paint. There’s a slight “glow” in the paint surrounding the subject….as if to highlight him/her.

They have programs to make pics look like paintings now, so who knows.

Notice the light line on the bench right around his butt. In a photo, that would be dark shadow.

This was the first thing I thought of. It looks like a photo that’s been doctored on a computer to resemble a painting.
I believe they can also make paintings look like they were photographs taken with a camera.
It’s both amazing and frightening what people can accomplish with computers.
I know damn little about them, but that’s okay, because I still live and function in a real world! That’s the way I wanna keep it.
I hate the damn things. They scare the hell outta me.
