If Jeffers and Valley Vet are both out of horse paste, here's another source. They're a little more expensive, though.

CHEWY.COM
It's over the counter in Panama. Next time I go I may see how much I can bring back. It was 25 bucks for a box of 25
Amazon.com. Picked some up at the tack store yesterday for the ponies. Chewy.com offers free shipping for orders over $49 . Wife has been using them for pet food lately and the product arrives in short order.
Until the link to Jeffers was published, I got mine from Amazon. Not cheap. But they always had it. I like the Jeffers price much better. But even with their inflated price, a dose from Amazon is still much cheaper than a doctor copay.
If anyone is legitimately in need of ivermectin paste, my local feed mill, owned by a good friend has it. It's generic but not expired. Southwest pa, I'm sure he'd ship it if you're sincere and pay.

Most heartworm medicine is a combination of ivermectin and pyrantel. The horse paste is all Ivermection. There's a difference. There are horse wormers with things other than Ivermectin and I really don't recommend using them.
Should of been investing in Merck&Co.INK stock.
