Is only 1/2 of the filter you can get better then a cup of water in under the filter and then the water will rise to the filter but the filter is supposed to block the water so I tested that too, I filled the filter itself with water , water stayed in for like 3 or 4 minutes before the next photo shows it's starting to leak out on the bottom edge then just for the hell of it , I poured a cup of fuel right into the filter .....the filter let the fuel go through but you can see some water went with it. They say it's water block but I believe if you add A can of red heet I believe it would over ride the ability of the pleated element to actually block the water... !
