What's with this outfit now? Trying to list a shotgun and it won't let me get past this "Gateway" BS... I've used GB for over three decades - but if I have to set up some 'Gateway' thingy, I'll find another (ala Gunsamerica) auction site and I'll tell 'em to GFY right after... Why are they making it so freaking difficult to just list an item???

I have heard the new owners of GB were going to institute some new measures to limit the influence on the site of scammers and bots . I would assume that is part of this security step . I know they were getting a pretty bad reputation about scammers for a while now and I was pretty hesitant to do business on the GB site over some sketchy stuff I was seeing there... hopefully, this is a one time step for you and you can move forward ...
