All my life my mom bought Miracle whip for sandwiches, potato salad etc. When I started watching my carbs about 10 years ago I switched to Helman’s mayo. I just discovered Duke’s mayonnaise. Wow! It’s delicious. We only recently were able to get it here in Central Ohio. My older brother told me about it. Anyone else like Duke’s better? Also, I recently discovered that using mayo instead of butter for grilling buns is way better.

My Utah Air Force Commissary started carrying it at the request of may airmen who had come to prefer it. I have to say that we have taken a liking to it, too. BTW, it is also vastly better than butter for making grilled cheese sammiches. Just spread a very light coat on the outer sides of the bread. Or all four sides if you like.

Duke's, it changed my life, I used to freebase cocaine around the clock, but I can now say that freebasing is no longer part of my life.
Yep I was on my last lap when the good folks down there at redstone arsenal made me a sammich with Duke's mayonaise and I'm proud to say that freebasing cocaine is no longer part of my life.

My mother always got Miracle Whip when I was a kid....I think it was one of those WWII substitutes for real food. When I was about 14 or 15 I had Helman's at someone's house and got Mom straightened out in a hurry. These days, I prefer Dukes, but my wife prefers Helman's and I'm all right with that. One of the barbecue places around here has a sign up over where you order: "Our Grilled Cheese Sandwiches Made With Duke's"
Miracle whip is disgusting. Ate Hellmans for year, then switched to Duke.
Since then I quit eating mayo or anything with seed oil such as soybean, cottonseed, canola etc. as part of a low to no carb diet. I lost 25 pounds, swelling is down in my joints. At 59 years old man I feel good as a 6'3" tall 207 pound man. I know that was too much info, but what the hell I am feeling good.
