I've been to the music festival, and the moonshine festival. The music festival used to be in Hiawassee during the GA Mountain Fair. The moonshine festival has always been in Blairsville. But it has been years since I've been to either. If I'm reading your post correctly the music festival is now in Blairsville? Pretty country there regardless.
