To clarify, the Span Museum is in Austin, about 20 miles from Albert Lea. Baseball tournaments there feature grilled SPAM sandwiches at the concessions - delicious.

Spam Musubi! Used to eat a lot of that when I was stationed in Hawaii. There is actually an entire cookbook with Spam. Some of the recipes are really good. I always have a couple of cans of the Jalapeno variety on hand. Slice it up, fry it crisp, little mayo, little mustard, some cheese wrapped in a tortilla. Good to go!

Like a battered house wife you forget about that after a few years. My in-laws used to haul their own booze when they'd visit in Montana because of the price differences. I always tell people states get their money one way or another. It's a perfect example.

Spent a few summers in Ennis and heard a lot of rumors that Tom Brady got popped supplying all the neighbors with booze up in Big Sky. Story was he was flying it in and had it stockpiled pretty deep. LOL
