Talked to two local school board members and they are looking hard at recruiting teachers from Minneapolis to fill needed positions here. Hiring here can be tough as the pay scale is less but the fear of being fired or laid off might be enough of an added incentive to jump ship now.

Two of my in laws have kids in school in Minneapolis. I asked them if they were going to insist on their kids being in classes taught by white teachers as that is the only ones that their kids could relate to. The one laughed and said he hadn't thought of that but might have to do so just to see what happens.

The other was offended and said he did not think race made a difference for their child. I laughed and asked if he meant whites were inherently intelligent enough to learn regardless of the teacher's background. He hung up on me. The next gathering of the wife's clan should be interesting...

Any teacher that thinks it's a good idea to teach kindergarteners to 3rd graders about sex of any kind and doesnt want to teach because of laws prohibiting that aint got any business in our schools. They are trying to say the Gov has politicized the schools. Seems to me he has politics out of the school. Any teacher who quits because they want to teach that crap to K thru 3rd grade is the one bringing politics into school. Scary to hear this union Pres talk. He is a total bs artist and a liar.
