Anyone admit to watching this 70's sitcom?

For some reason, this place reminds me a bit of it. Gotta say - I thought it was some pretty funny stuff back then, and way ahead of its time.

I came across some clips on YouTube recently and laughed my ass off. The Major was one of my faves, as was Benson.

OK, back to work now, before HR catches me stealing time from the company. smile

Never was much into TV shows but I do recall watching this girl as a young impressionable child...

I really liked watching Soap. It had a certain humor that you didn't find just anywhere. It fit in well with all in the Family and Sanford and Son.

I thought this might be a post on what to do with all the BolsheCrats getting ousted this mid-term.

Anyway, I liked the sitcom in its day and still do. Katherine Helmond was a sexy old broad.

Yep. It was Politically Incorrect before the Leftards invented the term. Didn’t ole Billy Crystal play a F A G on there ?

Loved All In The Family and Sanford & Son too !

I canceled cable, don't watch TV.......

Seriously, no cable where I grew up. Still.

If it wasn't CBS or (sometimes) NBC, it didn't exist.
And I was only 11 when it ended.

Yep - I loved it.

Yes Crystal played a gay, the kid was boinking his teacher, his sister the priest, a shape-changing alien showed up and impersonated the big-boobed mother's husband, making her VERY tired, and a bunch of other pretty funny stuff.

I'll bet they had a ball making that series!

I know in the past some of you felt I could be a little pretentious or snobbish in regards to cartridge and firearm selection. Hoping we can put all that aside and just talk hunting and guns like we used to. Regardless of our personal preferences.
Is this a one and done, hit-and-run post, or will there be more? The answer to this and other questions on the next episode of Soap.

Wabi - you used to watch it?

That was when we only had three channels, so there weren't too many choices. I didn't watch much TV, but Soap was one that I did like to tune in to every week.

The character development was hilarious!
