Rush explained a number of times about the ruling class, aka the “Club”, who are supposed to run things, and how some like Trump are simply not allowed in. They can buy access via contributions and other means, but they’re not suppose to hold the reins. Trump broke that rule, it scared them to death, and they went after him hammer and tongs. They want to be sure no one ever tries that again, and since impeachment failed, now they’re going for jail. The alternative is assassination, and I feel certain that’s not off the table. They’ve already created the narrative about Iran sending killers after Trump and others from his circle. That allows them to explain it if it ever happens, regardless of who actually does it. Never forget the Cheney and Bush connections to the CIA et al, nor the Arkancides everyone jokes about.
All that said, there may well be enough evidence that Trump violated the law, or rules, about classified documents to justify a warrant. Even the Washington Examiner is reporting this now. Just how good the sources are remains to be seen. This is going to be interesting. Personally, I feel he’s too smart to do something like that, but he’s also pretty arrogant, so it’s hard to say what may have gone on in the turbulent period between the election and the inauguration. If he did screw up and let emotions get the best of him, he’s in for it. I hope that’s not the case, and I hope they’ve got the proof.

As with anything legal today, fixing an obvious legal wrong is more than difficult once the deed is done as there are very few unbiased & un-compromised judges. The judge that approved this, at least from what I can understand, really has not the authority to be involved in something of this magnitude & to issue such a clearly open ended search warrant on what appears to be, very shaky grounds.

When the affidavit is release to the public it will be heavily redacted, Fact.
If and when Trump is indicted, an unredacted version of the affidavit may be presented to council, but it will be sealed and unavailable to the public. The judge will make sure that nothing in the affidavit that is deemed “top secret”, or “threat to National security “ by the DOJ will be made public.

Voting was to be how "we the people" control government and that has been taken from us. We still need to vote and work on correcting the corruption at the local level.

We still have lots of activist, unconstitutional judges but Trump installed a lot of constitutional judges as well. Recent Supreme Court decisions offer hope for the future. The government has unlimited financial resources and overwhelming personnel resources. The government now monitors all communications. There are still lots of activist judges and district attorneys throughout the entire judicial system, including the federal judiciary, that is for sure. The newest Supreme Court justice will probably fall into that category as well. She was approved because she checked the politically correct boxes and qualified as an affirmative action hire, not based on her qualifications. And she was all to happy to go along with the scam.
One can pretty much get whatever decision you want by shopping for the right judge. That is what the FBI did to get the Trump warrant. Rush explained a number of times about the ruling class, aka the “Club”, who are supposed to run things, and how some like Trump are simply not allowed in. They can buy access via contributions and other means, but they’re not suppose to hold the reins. Trump broke that rule, it scared them to death, and they went after him hammer and tongs. They want to be sure no one ever tries that again, and since impeachment failed, now they’re going for jail. The alternative is assassination, and I feel certain that’s not off the table. They’ve already created the narrative about Iran sending killers after Trump and others from his circle. That allows them to explain it if it ever happens, regardless of who actually does it. Never forget the Cheney and Bush connections to the CIA et al, nor the Arkancides everyone jokes about.
All that said, there may well be enough evidence that Trump violated the law, or rules, about classified documents to justify a warrant. Even the Washington Examiner is reporting this now. Just how good the sources are remains to be seen. This is going to be interesting. Personally, I feel he’s too smart to do something like that, but he’s also pretty arrogant, so it’s hard to say what may have gone on in the turbulent period between the election and the inauguration. If he did screw up and let emotions get the best of him, he’s in for it. I hope that’s not the case, and I hope they’ve got the proof.
