Not a fan of zippers on vests; bad enough on coats. Any Blaze orange Button vests with or without game bag in a decent, durable, quiet material? Looking for xl to fit over hunting coat.

They still have the upland hunters vest. I've used it for more than 20 years but the buttons got lost fairly quickly in the brush. My wife sewed on a strap and put a buckle on it that's worked well.

Looks like Filson doesn't have orange and JWM is a reversible with zipper.
Stormy Kromer has it, and their quality and customer service is well worth it.

Do you have one? If so how would you say the sizing is as far as wearing one over a heavy flannel shirt.

Stormy has top notch Hats and clothes, I bought 3 of there Rancher style last year after seeing all the Cowboys wearing them for years, I have one of there vest too, much less binding than my Carhart stuff .
I bought one of these but I haven't worn it in the field yet.

Buy one and put buttons on it.
