$3.19 for 87 octane regular in LeClaire Iowa.
$2.89 for 88 octane E15 at the same place
Bought it for $289.9 today in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. About as cheap as it has been in a while.

Love's on I-49 10 miles north of Alexandria yesterday, 87 octane 10% ethanol was $2.99, diesel was $4.99. I burn gas. Praise the Lord.

I expect the commercial fishing fleet in the Gulf of Mexico cannot afford to leave port. We burned over 20 gallons an hour when I was there in the 70s and 80s.

No wonder most of our seafood is now raised in Asian sewage.
$3.44
$3.85 in SE PA and that is cheap compared to most stations in the area.
$3.09 locally, I did get it last Saturday for $2.69 with my CC rewards points at Shell.
Prices are dropping but that's pretty cheap!
4.89 hear. It sucks living in a democrat state.

$4.29 at Costco. 2 weeks ago it was $4.69. There is still plenty of $5 a gallon gas here. Diesel remains $6 a gallon.
$3.77 in western New Jersey. When Trump left office, gas was $2.05!
I think I paid $3.33 yesterday in Minnysoda.
$4.05 the cheapest here
4.09 western Pa
Murphy gas was 2.70 in Jonesboro a couple of days ago.
No idea.

Pull into the station I buy at (usually cheapest) and fill up.
Pay the lady.
Price don't matter, I buy gas or life stops.
No choice, I don't obsess about the dimes and dollars.

On the radio yesterday they told of the cheapest state, Texas, and the
most expensive, California.

Then listed the 10 most expensive.
Pa was 10.

Even in a list of [bleep] things, we are at the bottom!
3.49 in Bismarck ND yesterday. 3.69 here in the middle of nowhere. Edk
Sheetz has their 15% corn juice 88 octane for $1.99/gal everywhere. That stuff gets the same MPG as any of the other ethanolized fuels in our vehicles, so I am happy.

Impossible.

Ethanol has lower BTU content than gasoline.

Maybe you can't measure the difference.

I'm sure you aren't scientifically doing it.
Weighing the car to get the exact same amount of fuel every time.
Driving the same route in the exact same conditions and driving
exactly the same.........
So your calculations don't show it.

Ethanol can make more power out of a same engine.
Ethanol brings some oxygen to the party. That extra oxygen can allow
more fuel to be burned in a cylinder. Making more power.

But. And a big BUTT.
They key is "more fuel to be burned".

Alcohol race engines will burn twice the volume of fuel that a gas engine uses. Carb jets are usually doubled as a starting place.

Recently read a post of a guy claiming that gas gave him 3 mpg better in his pickup.

Hmmmm. Yeah.
Well, everything is all good again, I’m sure they are building our strategic reserves back up to pre-FJB levels, and gosh, maybe Joe does know what he’s talking about!
$2.67 this morning in Jonesboro.
We paid $2.96 at LOVE'S in Dyersburg, TN on the 22nd.
It was $3.49 in Fayette. MO and $3.29 every place else in MO.
Biden is doing good work for the people by bringing gas prices down. Hindering his efforts to bring us to a newer, greener energy. It's wonderful to watch! Just connect the dots.

3.99 for 85 octane here in the south end of the Salt Lake Valley.
Ask Jag.
Most everyone close by $3.04, did see one station in a town 30 miles away at $2.89....Arkansas, around Greers Ferry Lake.
2.92.....in SC
On Monday, gas in Casper, WY was $2.99/gal and diesel was $5.56/gal. Thank you Joe Biden! mad
5.09 for diesel at my pit stop- more elsewhere.

4.28? for wifey gas- more elsewhere
Arkansas is where I've seen the greatest spread between unleaded and truck diesel, $2.30/gallon. IIRC is was around $3.29 and $5.59. Absurd.

If the price of anything isn't up, it's because someone is loosing their ass to keep it down. Biden screwed the entire supply side out of pure stupidity with zero gain for the country or the people. FJB
Got fuel for the wife's little car this morning in Yuma AZ, #3.99 for regular, also saw $5.09 for diesel.

Because they can, I think, just because they can. eek

Hmmmm. Yeah.

E10 or E15 get the same MPG, or at least so close that it is a wash.

E85 in our one FlexFuel vehicle gets 2 MPG less

Ethanol Free gas gets 1-2 MPG more than E10 or E15

As is stated

And yeah, I know "ethanolized" probably isn't a real word...but you get the idea.
I had a Monte Carlo that I drove to work That Consistently 3 mpg better on pure gas
