That is disappointing news, but as some said, not surprising.

The USA really needs to use Canada’s voting system. You may not get the result you want, but cheating would be next to impossible and the results are known on election night.

As of this morning Cochise County supervisors have refused to certify the election and Hobbs, as Secretary of State, has filed a lawsuit against them. I just emailed my supervisor, Peggy Judd, encouraging her to stand firm. I think they will reconsider certification on Friday.

Mohave County voted unanimously to certify. Two of the supervisors who voted to certify did so under duress. They were threatened with being arrested and charged with a felony.

If Cochise doesn't certify, does that take their (republican) votes out of the process?

If so, that would flip the Secretary of Education to the democrat, and move the AG out of recount territory (to the democrat)

Arizona doesn't need Californians to win elections they still have plenty of illegal aliens voting in the national elections. I posted the actual Arizona voter registration requirements yesterday and it got a 200+ views and one comment from the idiot MPat70 "Just more mumbo jumbo that does nothing to solve the issue of voter fraud!" If you don't want to read the whole thing the bottom line is that illegal aliens (or Californians) can still vote in Arizona's national elections just like they did in 2020.

An often asked question nowadays is "what can I do personally to right the infringements of government"? I read that story about the Mohave County supervisor earlier on a news site and it raised several questions. This seems like it might be a place to take a stand. Being charged with a felony is certainly a big price to pay becauuse it affects your gun ownership rights if that is important to you.
Who made the threat to arrest him and charge him with a felony? The county sheriff? The county attorney? The state attorney general or the Secretary of State? The same Secretary of State who oversaw the election process while running for governor? Who would actually make the arrest, DPS officer? How many officers would refuse to make the arrest because it was unconstitutional? How would a judge rule on this case? Would it be dismissed or would he be acquitted? Is there actually a law that says they can be prosecuted for not certifying the election? The law says they must certify the election within a certain number of days but what if the election is questionable? Is there a legal provision for that?
Cochise County supervisors did not certify the election. They had a special meeting today and decided to hire legal representation. The certification was not unanimous.
