Celebrity Fitness Trainer Eric Fleishman Dies Unexpectedly on Thanksgiving at age 53

Fitness trainer Eric Fleishman, a celebrity trainer known as “Eric The Trainer,” reportedly died “unexpectedly” on Thanksgiving Day at his home in Glendale, California.

The fitness expert was only 53, according to TMZ Sports.

The fitness guru’s cause of death is not yet available.

Fleishman worked with several stars, including Kirstie Alley, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Ethan Suplee, and Jason Priestley, as well as musicians from bands including Def Leppard, Journey, Fall Out Boy, Nickelback, and more.

The trainer also worked closely with members of California’s law enforcement community during his 30-year career. He worked with the California Highway Patrol and SWAT organizations across the country.

Fleishman leaves behind his wife, Alysia, and son, Henry.

Several celebrities mourned Fleishman’s passing, including actor Martin Kove, who is currently starring in the re-boot of the Karate Kid franchise.

Others also offered their shocked condolences:

You may have been known as Eric the Trainer but you were so much more than that. You were my friend. You were there for so many moments of my life. You gave so much to others. I can’t believe you’re gone. Until we meet again my friend. Rest in Power, @ErictheTrainer. 😔🙏💔 #RIP pic.twitter.com/kzAddQnA8s

RIP to Eric Fleischman – trainer to the stars, but an inspiration to everyone.

I have known too few who had such light, life, and warmth towards people. His passion for fitness was obvious and radiant. He loved his clients.

What a shocking loss.#RIP @ErictheTrainer

They'll lie about his COD because they're committed to the cause.

He trained celebrities,so it's reasonable to conclude that he was vaxxed to the max.
All the Jabbers are prolly thinking, am I next?

You can run but you can't hide.
So everybody that dies that has taken the vaccine, dies because they took the vaccine? That easy eh?

Obviously, ya dumbass. Before the vaccine, nobody died.

Yeah but he was the only one.
Aggressive Exercising is pure Stupidity!

I know I was a gym rat, suffered many injuries from that, plus playing football for 15 years and then running 10 miles 4 times a week for many years.

Some mornings when I get out of bed, I have trouble putting socks on. My great grandfather lived to 96, never worked out, never suffered from sports injuries and was nimble his entire life.

Walking 2 miles a day is the best exercise of all.

We're discussing massive numbers of excess deaths since the shot.

It's easier to argue with straw men.

No, it's easier to assume cause and effect when there's no information to support the assumption.

Yep. Low impact exercise that will allow you to raise your heartbeat for an extended period is all that's needed. A couple of doctors of mine swim after work several days a week to work off stress, real low impact there. We can only put so many miles on our body's 'chassis' (knee's, hips, ankles, et al)

That was merely to keep your beneficiary from winning any money from the Dr. - just in case.

Fixx smoked cigarettes until the age of 36.He already started down the road of heart disease before he discovered running.

His autopsy revealed he had a congenital heart defect,an enlarged heart. He also had 80-85% occlusions of his heart arteries.

You can't out-run heart disease.
