Oregon State Supreme Court surprised the hell out of me and refused to overturn the TRO on 114.
114 is NOT going into effect tomorrow.

Sure puts a smile on my face.

But, a TRO is just that - temporary. It's a start but here's a lot of work to be done. At least SOME judges recognize that this thing might be illegal.
